Good Morning NOLA! Are you ready to start your work week? Very exciting stuff happening on this end. Through 4pm today it will be partly to mostly sunny with increasing winds. Temperatures steady near the upper 80s. Winds SSE at 15 to 20 mph. Tonight, partly to mostly cloudy. High 89F. Winds SSE at 15 to 25 mph.There is always something going on in the city as usual.  Check out the new exhibit at the THNOC.  This city never sleeps so don’t miss a thing . Good Morning NOLA!  Happy Hump day, today is Wednesday for those of you who have lost track.  Wasn’t it a beautiful day yesterday.  That breeze blowing through the Quarter was perfect. Spring has always been my favorite time to be in the Quarter. It will be sunny this morning but will warm up as the day goes on.The high will be eighty-two degrees today.  But look for cooler temps tonight with a low in the sixties. It will be a little breezy which is always welcome when the humidity is seventy percent.  The forecast is showing just a few scattered storms this week probably on Friday.  It never hurts to keep the umbrella handy.  Good Morning NOLA! How are you today?  I am doing pretty well.  I am really enjoying our weather. Since the cool front came through on Monday our overnight lows have been nice and in the fifties again.  This gives us a little nip in the air to start the day and warming up into the seventies ofr our daily high.  It is partly cloudy today so it shouldn’t be a really warm seventy four degrees.  There are scattered thunderstorms in the forecast for tomorrow so we have to resort to carrying an umbrella for Thursday as well as Friday and Saturday of this week. Let’s hope it just passes us by. Saturday brings us a seventy percent chance of rain but clearing for Sunday. This trend should take us through Mardi Gras which overall has been pretty awesome weatherwise. What a great time to be in the Big Easy.   Have a great day and enjoy whatever you decide to do today.  See you in NOLA!

 Good Morning NOLA!  I really hope you are ready for some more rain.  It is coming whether you are or not.  We have a one hundred percent chance of rain for today.  Don’t go anywhere without that umbrella, rain poncho or rain boots.  The today is right at seventy degrees but don’t let that fool you.  By tonight our temps will drop to freezing.  Thirty two degrees is the forecasted low for tonight.  Don’t forget to protect your plants and pets.  Colder for the rest of the week with a string of night time temps in thirties.  Winter is still here.   We are looking at a very windy day tomorrow but only a slight chance of rain. More showers though later in the week.  The way this week is shaping up weather wise it looks like I will be doing alot of writing inside.  I am not a big fan of the cold and wet.  Have a good day.  I’ll see you in NOLA!

 Good Morning NOLA!  I’m thinking it’s going to be another great day.  No rain in the forecast for today. Just a little cloudy with our high near the eighty degree mark.  There will be a few isolated thunderstorms in the evening on Thursday but should move out before the weekend parades get here.  Our overnight lows will be in the sixties.  All in all we really can’t complain.  Next week may see us back in the sixties for our daytime temps which is a little more like our usual for this time of year.  What a great Mardi Gras outlook.  I am really enjoying my time by getting out and about and soaking up some vitiamin D.  Even the evenings are wonderful so make the most of this weather. I had a nice evening with friends over at the House Of Blues listening to My Graveyard Jaw and watching a screening of The Cure for the Crash, a feature film by Brian Paul.  You should check both out if you have a chance.  So get up, get moving and I’ll see you in NOLA!

 Good Morning NOLA! It is another beautiful spring like day.  Hight today just nosing over the seventy degree mark with clouds today.  What a great week we have had so far. Yesterday was  a little overcast.  It looks like our overnight lows will stay in the fifties with partly sunny days in the seventies for the next several days. You won’t need the jacket today.  I am still trying to figure out wardrobe for today. I need something that I can wear that will be right for this warm day but not too spring like.  After all it is still February. No rain in the forecast until mid week next week and then it is just a few showers.  Even though this dampness sure feels like rain. Saturday starts the first parade for the 2011 Mardi Gras season.  What great weather to get things kicked off.  I hope you have a terrific Thursday and the rest of your week is just as great.  I’m ready for the weekend.  See you in NOLA!
