Then why hasn't LL pointed their links to that site instead of leaving the LSL Wiki is currently down message with a link to rpgstats.com? If this in fact the “official” LSL Scripting Wiki then take the 5 minutes to update the links to point to it please!

There seems to be this complete disconnect for most people as to why a business exists. It exists for the owners and the employees. Helping customers, or creating something a customer wants may be a welcome side-effect but it’s not the _reason_ a business exists.Of course you get the “pageant-effect” when you ask a business why they exist. They always have some altruistic reason as the “official party line” just like “miss somewhere” wants world peace. But businesses are bottom-line driven, indeed they have a fiduciary responsibility to optimize share-holder value.
We've developed a Movies app and were using an Icon for the 'Cinemas' tab that was similar to Now Playing's Icon for Theatres. Apple rejected our app saying that this button was the MostViewed Button (used to show most popular items) even though Now Playing is using it for the same purpose we were supposed to use it.
If you check our the link below, you'll notice that they do mention MostViewed button:

We’ve been asked if we can provide DVD players for the public (by one or two patrons that I know of – I don’t think it’s common) and we have, in the past, provided MP3 players for audio books. Other libraries do check out e-readers, too, but we had such a bad experience with the MP3 players that it’s not even on our radar to do something like that now. Of course, today you can buy a DVD player for $30 at Walmart and a basic MP3 player for less – and I expect that e-readers will be making the same price drop before too long. There will still be those who can’t afford the $30 (or whatever) for a reader, but we’ll still have paper-based books for them, too!
