not a trained pianist, but a hack… and yes, the rhythms, jumps, 'stretch' (how far you spread your fingers), and complexity (LOTS of things going on all at once) would make it terribly difficult… most painful piano recital EVER was spent listening to two advanced students humiliate themselves attempting ragtime. bless their brave little souls…
