Does anybody know any great information on the Cajun and Creole Cultures of New Orleans, Louisiana?
I’m doing a project on the Cajun and Creole Cultures of New Orleans. I know that a lot of people live in New Orleans and may be apart of these cultures. If you know any great information or can explain some stuff to me, I would love to know more! Thank-you. (:

Note that the Acadians (Cajuns) settled in south central Louisiana (around Lafayette) and not in New Orleans.

I agree that “I know so much about him that I know you can’t know this.” is a self-contradictory route to the conclusion that “No one can really know God”.
This article provides a stronger arguement, and is persuasive to me.

I also would be remiss to say that construction of new facilities at the parochial level in Texas have to come from local bond issues, not the state.
Thanks for the kind words, becca and childofwords. I love exploring other cultures in my fiction. My first novel THE IRON PILLAR is devoted to Indian culture. My second novel FARSIGHTED is a mish-mash, exploring elements of many cultures including Sikhism, New Orleans culture, East Coast American Bluebloods, Greek immigrants, Rural Americans, and the psychic subculture. My third novel will be devoted to exploring the Russian culture more in-depth.
Do you incorporate other cultures when you write?
