can somone please compare travel in shanghai to travel in louisiana?i dont mean tracel TO shanghai but IN?

shanghai.thanx

strange question
you can drive cars in both, drive on highways, sidestreets but you will find far less traffic in Louisana, you can take the subway, a bus, train, truck, boat and so on
the signs here in Shanghai will be in Chinese, Pinyin and English (in most cases), the Chinese drive offensively (all looking forward and moving forward and merging from all different directions)

Good Morning NOLA! It’s a terrific Tuesday morning!  Who Dat! The Saints won their pre-season opener, the Red Dress Run is done and the Dirty Linen is at the cleaners. It’s all good though, lots more to do here.  This city never sleeps so don’t miss a thing . I hope your  plans include music.  It is good for the soul. The weather should cooperate tonight so get out and enjoy.  The week ahead looks a little iffy. Don’t worry about those scattered showers over the week ahead, all in all looks great. Just keep the poncho or the umbrella handy in case.  The Friends of the Cabildo have decided they love me, so the book siginings at the 1850′s House Store will continue on and off indefinitely.  They have books in the store and I am back in the Quarter and having a ball. So make plans to come out and get your personalized copies of “I Love You Bigger Than The Sky!” and “IF I Were A French Quarter Rat”.  You can also find them at the Great Artist Collective and Adorn Art, both on Royal Street. NOLA Kids on Chartres also has them.  I’ll keep you posted on dates. Whatever you decide to do today, enjoy! See y’all in NOLA!
