Oak Alley Plantation in Louisiana video 9 INSIDE OAK ALLEY!!!..HAUNTED.
Oak Alley Plantation October 2010 quite interesting I think the house is actually haunted..there were deaths in there. I found it very odd they would not let us in the kitchen and we could NOT enter on the 3rd floor at all. They tried saying it was a fire hazard! whatever! there happened to be a festival there that day so it ended up being really fun. I did manage to get some video of inside the plantation although for some reason they said camaras were not allowed. Watch the other video’s and you will be able to see the inside!!!

Good Morning Nola! I am so glad our weekend is finally here. I just spent two fun but long days on the set of Looper, a futuristic movie starring Bruce Willis set in the New Orleans CBD. Iam ready to get back out in the Quarter and enjoy some Mardi gras festivities. It’s partly cloudy this morning with our high of seventy-five. There is only a twenty percent chance of rain today and tomorrow. Monday will bring with it a fifty-fifty chance so I would keep the umbrella handy. This mild weather sure has the people out and about in the French Quarter in droves. Parades and normal Quarter fun is on my agenda for the weekend. There is a strong possibility that I will be catching flying Mardi Gras beads in the near future also. Well my running buddies are waiting so I need to wrap this up so I can get out there. Y’all have fun and I hope you catch lots of beads too.
I’ll see you in NOLA!

Good Morning NOLA! TGIF! We are starting off our day with some clouds but the sunwill be out a little later today. Spring like highs are still around with our’s for today being seventy five. The low tonight will drop into the fifties again so we are looking around fifty -four degrees. Another day for me on the set of Looper in the CBD. It was actually quite nice walking over to set from the French Quarter in the morning. It was warm yesterday but the breeze saved the day. Looks like we will have more of the same today with the winds five to ten miles per hour according to the forecast. This is suppose to take place in the fall or winter so I was slightly overdressed for the forecast. Great weather up ahead for the weekend. Parade going shuld not be a problem. There is a possiblity of some showers on Monday but the weekend looks clear. Have a fabulous Friday!
I’ll see you in NOLA!

Good Morning NOLA! Happy Thursday! You made through hump day the weekend is looming closer. It’s a little cloudy again this morning with sun as the day progresses. Our high today is back in the upper seventies with a chance for some showers later this evening. They should be moving through rather quickly and shuld not impact the parades running this weekend. Don’t forget the Krewe of Barkus this weekend. We will still see the temps dropping slightly making our evenings pleasant. I took a stroll with a friend to dinner last night at Maximo’s. There was just a light coolness on the air. We can count our blessings fo rthis springlike weather we have been experiencing. What a treat! I am looking forward to the weekend and the rest of the Mardi Gras season. Here’s hoping you have a simply terrific Thursday. I am on the set of Looper again for the next two days but don’t worry, I’ll be around.
I’ll see you in NOLA!

Good Morning NOLA! Some of you who were out last night for the unofficial kickoff of the Mardi Gras parade seaon might not think so right about now but it will be alright. We have a few clouds this morning with the sun making an appearance a little later in the day. The high is still in the seventies with just a twenty percent chance of rain in the forecast. our low for tonight is lower sixties. We may get some showers later in the week but for now it is clear. This is great Mardi Gras weather. I had carried a light jacket but didn’t really need it. There are more parades on the way. There was lots of skin showing in the Quarter at Krewe de Vieux last night. This is the first time in quite a while that it hasn’t been cold. Make sure you have your King Cake and other necessary Mardi Gras survival items. Enjoy your Sunday in the Cresecent City. See you in NOLA!

How can you get a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt?
Question by LSU (11-2): How can you get a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt?
In Louisiana this is actually an offense! Yeah we all know seatbelts save lives but if people choose not to wear one its their own choice. They are not endangering anyone else. I think the government just uses it to get more money while saying “we are just saving lives”. Most people do wear them but if you don’t want to you should not be forced to wear one.

The law is the law, and personal choice does not enter into the equation at all

Good Morning NOLA! We are starting off the day with a little fog so be careful. It looks like we are in store for another beautiful spring like day. It is partly cloudy again with highs today around the seventy degree mark with clouds today. Yesterday was a little overcast and we will have some clouds again today. It looks like our overnight lows will stay in the fifties with partly sunny days in the seventies for the next several days. You won’t need the jacket today unless it is something light weight to keep the dampness out this morning. I have got to make a shopping trip, like I said yesterday, I am still trying to figure out wardrobe. I need something that I can wear that will be right for these warmer days but not too spring like. After all it is still February. No rain in the forecast until mid week next week and then it is just a few showers. Even though this dampness sure feels like rain. Don’t forget Saturday starts the first parade for the 2011 Mardi Gras season. What great weather to get things kicked off. I hope you have a fantastic Friday. Are you ready for the weekend? Yea you right! See you in NOLA!
